Returns & Exchanges

At Triona Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 28-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags still attached, and place them securely back into the original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return address label to your parcel and send it via your local postal service or a tracked courier; we recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
